Content Development Specialist
Job description:
We are seeking a contractor to support the needs of Health Plan customers in developing customized contract templates in the Guardian Contract Management System. The candidate must be detail oriented and enjoy organizing data and documents, as well as enjoy learning different software applications. Ideal candidate will be available to work in a light administrative fashion and participate in Product Development meetings. The qualified individual must live in the Portland OR area and be willing to work 20-40 hours/week while working out of the Company's home office. The candidate must be comfortable participating in customer interactions and in working with customers to solve problems. Some travel may be required. Interest in the Health Care industry a plus!
Data entry and Creation skills
· Analyze customer contracts and develop strategy to recreate contract content in a more streamlined fashion
· Data entry-must type 50 wpm or more
